Urban Xtreme

Pico Play was engaged to design the concept and interior fit-out of the indoor family entertainment centre Urban Xtreme in Brisbane, Australia, combining adventure and snow park in one 6,000m2 space.  Pico Play also prepared the business case, construction cost estimate and cash flow projections for this new business concept, and attended investor seminars to raise equity to fund the project.

A colourful and integrated design, considering all activities and areas proposed by the client. A hub where people off all ages and abilities can find the fun in fitness through adventure activities. The attraction appeals to people of all ages and abilities and attracts group and schoolchildren on weekdays.

Urban Xtreme is Australia’s only Indoor Ski, Rock Climbing & Adventure Sports Park and the home for adventure sports in Queensland and Brisbane's No. 1 Adventure Sports and Active Entertainment.  The business has been operating successfully for more than 6 years and is continuing to expand and improve its product offering.
