Pico Play manufactured, supplied, and installed all internal theming for the new Legoland Korea - Ninjago Dark Ride.

Solution

Pico Play coordinated and collaborated with manufacturing facilities in Australia and Malaysia, ensuring the delivery of all components in unison. Minor components were outsourced to a trusted sub-contractor. Our Pico Korea team, along with our Australian project manager, worked on-site to install the components.

Results

We delivered the project on time with a zero defect register list, leaving the customer extremely happy. This success has resulted in further projects with Legoland and Triotech.
